What were we trying to achieve? In this case, we tried to move away from the "stereotypical" decisions in the images and avoid "legal images" - namely columns, scales and other judicial attributes.
Nevertheless, our task was also to convey the seriousness of the Agency, and what they do. The user had from the first seconds of stay on the website to understand where it is and what services are provided by the Agency.
